Nortel MICS/ Call Pilot 100

I recently changed a co line over from port 72 to port 63 due to port being damaged from storm. Port 63 answers on Auto attendant. I want to turn that off and have line follow ext 321 forwarding. I have the line set to no answer in AA on CP 100 program and it does not ring anyplace in system except at ext 321. Yet the line is still being answered by main company AA. Your thoughts???

check out the primeset under line 63 and also check out line appearances for the VM port.

No line appearances for the VM ports and primeset is set to 321. This is 6.1 or 7.0 SW not sure which one as I'm not at the site. Thanks
