I have a MICS 7.0 that just got a dynamic curcit. It has security upgrades. The phone company is telling me that I need to --Pass Redirect Message--I 74 a ISDN information element--- to make the call forwarding to work. It worked before. They are telling that they are not letting the call forwarding go through because they are seeing the number that is calling in and it is not a number that is a belongs. How do I fix this? Thanks

if it was working before, then the carrier changed something now it doesnt work... 9 out of 10 times its the carrier

Try programming OLI for kicks and test.

Are you trying to forward to a number that would normally be long distance to the caller if they call direct?
This would be another form of Toll Fraud.

I can call forward if they change the caller ID to the Main Number on there end. I want to send out the caller ID so everyone DID numner will be the number that everyone that they call will get. The company was sold a upgrade package to a Dymanic Curcit. It has more security. The phone company is telling me that I need to program in Pass Redirect Message that it is a I 74 a information element. Thanks

Not sure you going to be able to give them that. You might take a look within the NI-2 protocal at the NSF that is the only place I know that has anything to with information
element.

On the Protocol NI _2_ I have a 2. Were is NSF at? Is that under Protocal? Thanks
