Nortel MICS and Amanda Voice Mail System

All calls to voice mail system work well except for 2 extensions. On these 2 extensions when you call in from a C O line, press the 3 digit ext. number the call goes to the proper v m box and you get the persons greeting. When you call from ICM to ICM, after 3 rings on these 2 extensions you get " enter your password " not the persons greeting. Any suggestions ? Thank you.
