After going from a SiP PRI from WindStream to CableOne, our Switch is throwing out EVT 799-0000101, xxxx201, xxxx301 almost daily.
Calls are suspended from both in & out for about 10-minutes during a 2-hour window, twice daily, 8 am - 10 am and 1 pm to 3 pm.
Verified that carrier has 20 channels on their end & our MICS is provisioned for 20 also.
B-Channel Ascending / Descending is OPPOSITE as carrier, as suggested.
All other parameters between MICS & Carriers match.
Issue was not happening on previous carrier.
Has anyone else run into this mess and if so, have any ideas or anyone I can contract to take another look?
