I have a customer with a mics 7.1 with a pri. dial 9 to access pri and they have to dial the full 10 digit number but you have to dial each number with a 1 first for example 1 330 456 7894 how do I bury the 1.
Curlycord thank you for the info it worked. As far as international calling I had to setup a different route with no dialout number. To dial international you dial 7 to access pri and than you just dial o plus country code. So there is two access codes. 9 for national calls and 7 for international calls. Thanks again.
Just an FYI, my SIP trunk provider (Flowroute) requires the 1 to be dialed on all outgoing calls, local and long distance. It seems some providers are putting the burden on the end user to make their phone system work "normally."
