I'm having issues connecting the TTY port on the network adapter for a MICB, right now I'm unable to ping the IP of the MICB, and trying to connect to it with Hyper Terminal and a laptop with no luck. I've already checked the Network side to make sure it isn't a switch issues, and Have replace the Network adapter with the same results. I'm thinking it may just be the cable using it's a RS-232 DB9-DB25, settings in Hyper Terminal are VT-100 9600 8-1-NO. Does anyone have the pinout for the nortel cable from thte TTY back to a COM port? Or is there something else I've over looking, so far we have disable and enable the card, swapped the power supply. Right now the Call bridge is working so i don't think it's the MICB card. I just can't access the BUI to make changes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
