What I have is a CS1000E using the MICA card for routing certain calls using DNIS to different ACD groups. I have my MICA ACD grp built and 32 agents The main problem I have is when I go to the BUI interface, I get the login screen, but after I login it starts running the java applet and then just sets there, then turns to a blank white screen. It never goes to the configuration screen. We upgraded to 7.5 on the CS-1000, and 5.0 on the CP last July.
I am also locked out of the CLI. We took this switch over in Jan. 2011. The old vendor did not pass along any login info, and the customer does not have it. I tried resetting it to the default, but that will not work.
The same problem was on here in 2008, but no answer's to problem.
Any idea what's going on? Do I need to update the BUI software?
