Is there a way to block incoming calls from a specific phone numbers, or even more than one?

change the number to a non DID number and send intercept treatment for vacant numbers CTVN to a recording or overflow tone.

If you want to block your PBX from receiving call from your home number (example - or could use the example "If you want to have your PBX block the number of your psycho ex-girlfriend [or wife], I don't know if this can be done. It can be done at the LEC, but I don't know if it can be on the PBX.

Well, if you have CCR it's possible.
But I guess you haven't..

Within CCR it's possible to block certain A-numbers or to give them other treatments.
