Nortel Meridian PBX - How to allow SPV ext to observe SPV ext? 1

I am trying to set up a phone extension within ACD that can observe another phone with OBV(Observe). Problem is, my system will not let SPV class phone observe another SPV class phone. Please help.

You need to add AOS to your CLS settings for each phone you want to grant this to.
