I'm in a little bit of a bind, my M2250 Console is set up to forward to an extension that is no longer use by management here within the company. Currently the way it's set up is that when the rec. is up at the front desk, it's in normal mode, and when she leaves at night she his the Sun/Moon button which is the Night Service button. But when you call the main line it gets forwarded over to a person's personal voice mail box. I need to change that to roll over to the management's vm mailbox and/or change the extension that the M2250 console is pointing to.


I've printed off the instructions for my console and it's telling me to "Dial the Desired Trunk Access Code" which I have no idea what that is.

Go to LD 15 and change the NIT1 number to where you want the night service to go. That should fix you problem. If it is voice mail remember that the VM remembers the original number dialed.

In LD 15 do a chg and type is NIT

To print it out go to LD 21 and prt NIT. You should print it before making any changes.

if you do not have access the the cdb, build the night number and a maxp 1 acd with ncfw to the dn you need to ring
