Nortel Meridian - Disable OBSERVE on a phone 1

I have added OBSERVE on a supervisors phone. The OBSERVE function works great, but I want to prevent other people from OBSERVING the supervisor. Is there a CLS that I have to change??

Observe is a supervisor feature so unless you allow 1 supervisor to observe another there should be no problem. The CLS (class of service) for allowing/denying supervisors to observe each other is printed below:

(DOS) ACD Supervisory Set Denied observation of other
supervisory sets

AOS ACD Supervisory Set Allowed observation of other
supervisory sets
Must have CLS = SPV.
