In a Nortel Meridian envirnonment, I need that when a call is hang the terminal remains in "Not Ready" state. Is possible configure Nortel Meridian for this??
Do you have Symposium? with symposium you can set timer so when agent finish with a caller you can give him or her some time to finish what ever they need to do before they get next call, I’m not sure what you trying to do can you be more specific

I need that the extension remains in not ready after a call to finish administrative work. Now we have the Symposium with some time inactive after a call and in that time we put the set in Not ready. This is a solution but it will be more clean doing it with an automatic Not Ready state after a call.
The answer to your question is set the timer under call flow to 300sec this is maximum that will give them 5 minutes to finish what ever they have to do, the other timer under call flow is that this timer will put agent to not ready but only if agent does not answer call
To accomplish what you want I think it’s not possible but I could be wrong
