I hope someone can assist me. I am the Administrator of a Norstar Meridian telephone system Compact ICS 4.0. I need a step by step instruction on a restriction filter that will not allow outgoing calls to specific N. American area codes that are not included in the International call block provided by our long distance carrier. We are being hacked by outside sources & I have every other security measure on our PBX.I need to restrict the entire phone system not just specific lines. I would appreciate any help. I am ok programming the simpler features on the phone system. But going that deep into the Admin give me pause. Thank you for any help.

What is the main problem with you system ? If it wont boot up all the way it may be your power supply. We have had to replace several power supplies to get the units back up. We have found that if a power supply is off on one of the voltage sources by just a little they will not boot up all the way.
