Nortel Meridian - Add Conf. to Starplus Analog Phone 1

I have a POLYCOM ANALOG speakerphone. I am currently able to conference two parties with this phone. I am trying to configure the ANALOG TN to be able to conference more parties that two. Here is the current programming of the TN:
