Nortel Meridian 1 61C 2

This might be a silly question, but is there a Overlay (LD) to print out the Model and Serial Number of the 61C or is located somewhere on the PBX, also I replaced the cpu on shelf 1 and now I can't get my Pwd2 to work, is there anything I can do? My pwd 1 works ok.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ld 22. Here you can do a TID to get the Serial number, and ISSP will provide the software release and patch information, as well as keycodes.

here's the steps i use to replace the a cpu. put the active cpu in maint, turn off the cni on the standby (bad) side. faceplate dis the bad cpu. swap it, put both disk in the doors, connect to j21 or 25 on the rear of that shelf, press the ini and hold it, swap the cpu from act to maint. go through the install steps, burn the eprom and prom then retrieve the cust data from the active side.. make all switches normal, ini the switch (both ini's at the same time) that is the only time you lose dial tone
