About to jump into an issue here and wanted to see if anyone was having, or has had the same issue.
SITE A - EXT 1111 Nortel CS1K 5.5 converged set.
SITE B - Hosts the MCS 5100 server
Scenario:
I will call the user at Site A (1111). If the user does not pick up, the call will hunt to voicemail. The problem is when I get to voicemail I get one of the three responses:
1. Truncated greeting from the user I called and my message is also truncated
2. No greeting from the user I called and my message is not left and I am disconnected
3. Truncated greeting from the user and my message is garbled.
This only happens if the user has the CSDN programmed on their TN as part of a converged solution and has a profile in the MCS 5100, which is hosted at another site overseas.
If the user is local to the CS1K the problem does not exist and everything works as it should.
Thanks for any assistance.
John
