I recently re-installed MAT 6.53. Upon completion of the installation, if I build a new site and system, I cannot access the system window where Call Accounting and Station Administration are located. Upon double-clicking on the system icon, I receive a short hourglass and nothing else. It has been suggested that maybe the parallel port on the machine was bad, and therefore the dongle was not allowing access to the system window. However, I placed the dongle on a different machine, loaded the software and received the same results. That leaves what I believe to be only two options: Either the dongle is bad, or the software installation cd is bad. I would appreciate any further suggestions.
 
I beleive there is an update folder on the CD that also need loaded. If the dongle could not be seen you would get a message indicating that. What operating system are you using?
 
I am using NT 4.0 on this machine. I am not aware of any updates on the cd, but I will check immediately. Thank you for your response, and please let me know if you think of anything else.
 
I have considered the Service Pack issue. This machine has Service Pack 4. Do you think that it will only work with 3?
