I recently re-installed MAT 6.53. Upon completion of the installation, if I build a new site and system, I cannot access the system window where Call Accounting and Station Administration are located. Upon double-clicking on the system icon, I receive a short hourglass and nothing else. It has been suggested that maybe the parallel port on the machine was bad, and therefore the dongle was not allowing access to the system window. However, I placed the dongle on a different machine, loaded the software and received the same results. That leaves what I believe to be only two options: Either the dongle is bad, or the software installation cd is bad. I would appreciate any further suggestions.
