I am having problems wiring two caps, so that they work with a M7324 phone. I have two 24V plugs and an RJ45 jack. I have one cap working off of the white/green and green pair. I just can't
get the #2 cap to work. I tried wiring it to the white/orange, orange pair but it will not work. I know that both caps work and both 24V plugs work. I have also assigned DN to cap1 in system programing. Any help would be great thanks.

I believe you want to take this to the NORSTAR forum. THe "jack you are plugging into. Is it an RJ-11 or RJ-45 and the station wire is it 3 pair or 4 pair. Also is the jack terminated as 568A or 568B. If 568A you signal needs to be on pair 1 (pins 4 & 5) and pair 2 (pins 3 & 6) if terinated as 568B then pair 1 is still same but move second set of dialtone to pair 3 which is now pins 3 & 6. Hope that helps.
