Hello everyone, I have a Nortel M7310 and I am looking to change the auto attendants recording menu. I have been able to play around with the phone enough to change the company greeting, but if someone calls in and no one picks up, it plays the company greeting followed by the auto attendant menu (press 1 for this, 2 for that etc...). The old menu is no longer valid, and I need to change that recording. Any idea how I do that?

Go to other, ccr. You disable the tree before making changes then re-enable it.
