I'm guessing that you have a firmware problem?.
The only other thing is clearing the Directory password on a Taurus set.
Taurus set users can protect their personal directory with a password. If they forget the password the command CPWD in LD32 will reset the password to the default, which is 12345678 (the rls 25 NTP gives this information but the rls 24 NTP does not).
