Is there anyone who still has access to the KRS? I need a BCM Bit Tool auth code generated.

I don't think many of us now have any access to the BCM section of KRS as all the patches and files from Avaya's PLDS have now been deleted.

Your best option is to contact someone who knows the off line method.

This is your second thread concerning BIT Tool, no need to keep starting threads.
In case you are not aware BCM was discontinued 2012 and support ended 2015.

"Products required to upgrade, expand and maintain existing BCM systems will continue to be offered for another three (3) years to October 1, 2015. This includes software authorization codes, terminals, media bay modules, expansion units, replacement parts, and upgrades to the latest release (BCM R6.0)."

What exactly is the issue with your BCM? and why do you want the tool?
You were advised to use Acronis to copy/make images.

You can also buy a hard drive with the image on it.

To use the BCM Imaging Tool, you must be at the same site as the Business Communications
Manager system. You also need the following:
• a BCM Imaging Tool CD
This CD contains the BCM Imaging Tool application and the system files required by the
Business Communications Manager system to boot from this CD.
• a set of BCM Image CDs
This set of CDs contains the files that are being loaded onto the Business Communications
Manager system. There is one set of BCM Image CDs for each version of Business
Communications Manager software that you can load. Make sure you have the correct set of
CDs for the Business Communications Manager software version you want to load (for
example, BCM 3.6).
• an access code for the Business Communications Manager system you are working on
• a keyboard
• a monitor
• a USB or IDE CD-ROM drive
• access to a network drive (optional)
