Nortel - Issue Calling certain phone numbers

Hello,

So it seems that the entirety of our company's Nortel Phone System has an inability to call certain phone numbers.
When calling any of these phone numbers which have problems, it seems to just not ring and immediately ends the call.
What actions can I take to resolve this? Is there a log somewhere which may give some clues?

Thanks

If it was certain numbers then the Restrictions message would kick in with a tone through speaker and "Restricted Call" on the display if it was the BCM's fault.

The carrier is whom you need to call for this one I would say.
I have heard about this same issue a couple times before.

Based on this sentence - When calling any of these phone numbers which have problems, it seems to just not ring and immediately ends the call it is possible there is something off in your Route?

Have you made calls while watching BCM Monitor to see if the call is even getting out to the PSTN? are all digits being sent out?
