Apologies if this is the wrong forum for the above system, but I am struggling to find any useful information via google on this product.
I am in the process of making some network changes to a site with the above IP telephone system. But am having no luck when trying to vlan off the IPT kit. The maintainers of the system are next to useless and providing very little help. I do have access to the controller but again the online help it provides does not mention vlaning.
What I am after is a user guide for this system that will explain how it handles vlans.
If someone could point me in the direction of such a manual I would be eternally greatful.
