Nortel IP phones

I need to know if standard DTMF is supported on nortel IP phones? when a outside call is pressing digit I cannot hear the DTMF in my IP phone, however, when the caller presses digit from his end, I can hear the DTMF in my TDM phone. Can this be resolved and if so how? Thank you

What type of system is the phone connected to?
S/W release of system?
Type and firmware version of the set?

DTMF is supported. If you want to hear the tone you need to change your CDB settings.

I believe this is under the telephone options on the set to turn on DTMF tones for the IP set. This is so you can hear the tones when calling from the IP set.
