Nortel IP phone - handset lifter

Using nortel i2004 sets w/ Plantronics CS50 wireless headsets - the Plantronics h11 lifter does not seem to work because of the size of the speaker on these phones. Anyone have an alternative solution for the lifter?

We had the same problem and found that the CS50 handset lifter really wasn't a good fit. You can jury rig it with tape but it doesn't look very good at all. However, it does work.

yes, you could buy an 1140E:) Haven't tested a lifter on it yet, but it looks like it might work. Too bad the 1140E is about $120 more than the i2004's, otherwise our office would be full of them.
