Nortel IP extension to extension calls

We have a number of remote locations with Nortel IP phones. The remotes can dial an extension at the main office but the remote office can't dial extensions at other remotes. I'm sure I missed a setting somewhere.

Any ideas??

What system are these IP phones running on? There is a BCM forum and a Meridian forum. You may do better there.
