Nortel IP audio conference phone 2033

Hello,

I just received a new IP phone 2033. It is a Poloycom phone but made for Nortel IP Conference Phone. I setup the phone as type i2001 and it is working fine. However, there are a few options missing.
* Call Display Name
* Second line (Rollover line)
* Corporate Directory (CRPA) I tried to add but it said not allow for this phone.

This phone is pretty new to me and wonder if someone already used this product share some information or tips you may have. I really appreciate.

IP Phone 2001 (which the 2033 emulates) only has a single line. Therefore you cannot have a "rollover" line on the 2033.

NTP says 2033 doesn't support CD. See below.

Features not currently supported
• External three-port switch to support sharing LAN access with a PC or
other data device is not provided. However, the IP Audio Conference
Phone 2033 does provide 100 Mb/s full-duplex support.
• Integrated switch
• Personal Directory, Callers List, and Redial List are not supported.
However, if the primary DN on an IP Audio Conference Phone 2033 is
an MADN of an IP Phone 2001, IP Phone 2002, IP Phone 2004, or IP
Softphone 2050, Preferred Name Match and Idle Set Display (new call
indication) are supported.
