Nortel IP 1220 phone BCM50 Probelm with Phone

I have a 1220 series Ip phone on a BCM50 R3. I set all four IP phones up (registered and programmed). All worked fine. Then I handed them to the data person who took them to a remote site. 3 worked fine but the fourth won't even boot up. The red light comes on and three keys at the bottom of the phone light up but nothing else. you cannot enter local programming - no repsonse from any button. Also, the link light on the bottom of the phone comes on with or without a network cable connected.

Is there anyway to reset these to factory defaults? or any other suggestions to revive this phone?
