Nortel-incoming call issue

I keep receiving calls on my Nortel from an odd number (/011701186346)and have received up to 140 calls from this number within a 6 hour period. We have contacted our service provider and they have not been any help. Also for some strange reason the number does not automatically log to the call log on my telephone. I suspect this may not actually be an outside call. Is it possible that there is glitch in the system causing this call to "loop" or ring? Has anyone ever had this issue? Or has my phone been hacked by the Russians?

Check with your service provider how your lines are provided in case they are using kind of IP converter.

Most of these calls lately actually start with a V mot a /
Vdialers use by telemarketers

I get one or two once a day however I am full auto attendant so they hang up once they hear the greeting.
