I have Meridian 1 option 61c, pbx release 4.0
Question: Coverage path or huntgroup

Current setup: if incoming call to general# xxx-9999 (this # is not assign to anyone), all three extension (x1111,x2222,x3333) ring at the same time. 1111,2222,3333 are assigned to 3 persons.

Questions: How to setup that if someone calls xxx-9999, I want it rings to extension 1111, if no one answers, it rings to extension 2222, if no one answers, it rings to extension 3333, then if no one pick it up there, it goes to voicemail of 9999

I can do it in Avaya , create cover path. But don't know to do set it up in Nortel.

Any details help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

no need to use the a word, i can do area page in a key system but who cares?

ld 18 and build 9999 as a hunt group pilot number, then make 1111,2222,3333....members up to 64 stations.. just joking about the avaya, not that bad.. but unix command line will put the T back in tech
