Nortel I2050 Softphone display freezes

I have 24 I2050 softphones deployed. The last two I installed on Dell T60 and X60 laptops. The display will not refresh. they freeze. I am on and 81C Rels. 3 with Sig. Servers. The I2050 softphones are Build 385, The latest deplist I have been told are installed. I have 40 IP ISM's in software.
Does anyone have any idears why the display freezes?
