Nortel i2007 Volume Concerns 1

I have an issue with volume fading in and out on an i2007(both with handset and handsfree). I have switched out the hardware, outed the TN, even switched ports on the switch to no avail. This is only happening on one unit(so far) so needless to say, this is driving me crazy!!! Help Please!

This is now affecting all of my i2007 units.

Turns out it was the firmware version(0621C6M). We rolled back two versions (0621C4J)and that resolved the concern.

Try C6P (released in June) or C6R (just released last week). Noticed that the latter includes a "screensaver" function for the 2007.
