Nortel I2004 with 2 KEM's

I am having problems with I2004 phones with (2) KEM's attached. User will have to reboot the phone several times a day because the phone & KEM's freeze up or the KEM's lose the appearances on it's buttons. We've tried to add power supplies to these phones as well since they were using POE but the same problem occurs. These phones are on BCM 4.0 systems with all of the latest patches installed. Any help would be appreciated.

Have the same problem with one of my systems with 1140's and KEMs.

I have a case open with Nortel. The last update was a Patch is in Beta testing and should be available 3rd week of March.

March Of what year, I don't know!
