Hello,
We have a customer who has 8 i2004 phones and on certain occasions, but not always, when they call out, they can hear the person answer, but the talk path doesn't cut in. This is on both incoming and outgoing calls. (Intermittent) It isn't one phone in particular, but happens to more than one of the phones. I know in a conventional setup "Off hook supervision", comes into play to cut-through talk path. We have a MC32 and the connection between the buildings is wireless. We didn't install the Option 11 but it seems that the Phantom TNs have a Zone 002 programmed and the MC32 card is programmed for Zone 000. Do these two zones have to be progrmmed the same on the phantom TN template as well as the Zone on the MC port programming? Other then looking at the TN template, how do you assign a specific template/number to a particular telephone?

Note: while we were experiencing the problem, we switched handsets to see if that was the cause, but different handsets did not fix the problem, so we believe the handsets are working just fine
