Nortel i2004 question

We recently migrated agents from 2008 and 2216 to i2004. On the old phone sets if the agents hit not ready while on a call they would go into not ready as soon as the call ended. On the new phone sets they do not go into not ready unless they are off of a call and hit not ready. Any ideas what may be causing this? We are running on multiple Nortel option 81c with symposium.

This may be a hardwired phone issue, but often when the phones are behaving strangely, a firmware update will cure the problem. Just make sure the firmware on your ITG card and the firmware on the phones are both up to the latest release.
