We recently migrated agents from 2008 and 2216 to i2004. On the old phone sets if the agents hit not ready while on a call they would go into not ready as soon as the call ended. On the new phone sets they do not go into not ready unless they are off of a call and hit not ready. Any ideas what may be causing this? We are running on multiple Nortel option 81c with symposium.
