Nortel i2004 not connecting to BCM 400

Hi, I need some help.
I found this thread on here that describes exactly the issue I am having. I hope someone can help.

I bought a phone off e-bay and it will not connect to the BCM. I'm looking for a way to manually upgrade the firmware for this phone.
I need a link to the firmware and the steps on how to manually upload it to the phone.
