nortel i2004 ip phone

I need to replace a i2004 ip phone. It can't find the server.
parse error chable
dhcp server unreachable

I hit the 4 softkeys but doesn't come up with requesting any info

this is extreme10

I ended up having to plug the new phone into another jack and it found the server just
fine. I programmed it up and plugged it into the original jack and it's working fine.

???

Not sure what happened.
