Nortel i2002 over a Netgear FVS318

Changed vpn router to this netgear product. Good tunnel and data transfer, but i2002 phone which connects via thetunnel to a BCM, no longer works. Just keeps searching. It's got the same configuration. The phone config sets the voice priority on the packets.

Any ideas?
