[li]Power on the phone[/li]
[li]Wait for message “Nortel Networks”[/li]
[li]While the “Nortel Networks” message is showing, press the four softkeys below the LCD screen from left to right. If you see “Locating server”, you weren’t fast enough (power off the phone and try again).[/li]
[li]In the configuration that is presented, you can use either full DHCP (if the DHCP server is running on your BCM), partial DHCP (if the DHCP server is running on a router) or no DHCP.[/li]
[li]If you used partial or no DHCP, set the S1 IP and port and S2 IP and port to the BCM IP address and port 7000.[/li]
