Nortel-Gynesys Acquiring

Dears,
I have call centre CTI enviroment controlled by Genesys with Nortel 81C, what i found that some CDNs sometimes go to the DFDN and cannot be controlled by Genesys,even if we tried to remove them from Genesys it stills the same, We have to remove them from the switch and add them again to be controlled by Genesys... Does anyone know why?

Is Genesys not acquiring them? We would have similar things happen and we would re-boot the Genesys T server, which would get everything synchronized.
