I'm working on a nortel MICS 5.0. Customer has certain features that do not work. Most notably, feature *1, *2, *3, voice call do not work. When i hit the feature code, it goes back to time and date. All of the voicemail codes work. I've rebooted twice. Is the box shot?

Maybe set lock is enabled under set restrictions for each DN. Otherwise I'd say it's buggy software. R5.0 wasn't the best. A STARTUP might clear the bugs as curlycord suggested.
