Nortel feature / Issue

We currently have a few very active virtual tenants that are across the country. These companies receive 2, 3 maybe 4 calls simultaneously. With our Nortel system, it will not forward calls externally to within 2 seconds (the minimum settings on Nortel). In other words, the first call comes in, it get forwarded to the correct place. The second call comes in, whether it’s simultaneous or within 2 seconds, it gets forwarded to default attendant.

Please let me know if this can be done and how.
