Nortel FaxServer 2.02 - "Can't Find Server" Message"

We've installed a number of people with the above software. Most have gone fine. However, two users are getting "can't find server" messages when they log onto Outlook. Also, one user gets the message AND cannot send mail when the software is installed.

Thanks in advance for your help.
 
Sounds like the client computer is not set up right if you have the Desktop software installed on other computers and it works correctly. Check the two computers not working for the setup. Probably just a space or somthing that simple causing the problem.
