Nortel faxing through PRI issues

Spectrum migrated us to there new Apollo server this morning. I am now having issues sending faxes. We can receive fax but cant send them. Spectrum says there new pri switch runs on a different codec and i need to change something in the Nortel system. We are running a North star Modular ICS sw version WI 06.02. I will copy the debug report I got from spectrum below. Basically the phone system believes it has completed the call before it is actually completed. Any help is appreciated.

Where in the Norstar menu would I go to find these fax setting to change them. I have 10 fax machine and none of them will fax out. If I try to send my cell phone a fax it will ring as soon as i answer the line goes dead. No fax talk on the line
 
No where, problem with new equipment. There is no setting for codes in the Nortstar

Thanks that is what I thought. Spectrum is the worst service provider ever. Every time I call in they blame the phone system. Then I chase my tail for a couple days and call them back
 
You posted sw 06.02
I am guessing that works out to software level 5.0 which is a problematic level with PRI.
7.1 is the latest greatest.

Did you try those 2 settings on the MICS and the other 3 or 4 on at least one fax machine?
If so what was the error report that the fax machine printed out?

I have applied the setting that you suggested. But I still can't fax out. If you have more suggestions please advise.

Baud rate has been slowed to 9600 and error checking has been turned off. Still same issue. Is there any where in the norstar menu to change the fax codec. Spectrum is saying they are using G711. I guess that is the issue. Spectrum has closed the ticket and said its my PBX.
