Reference to our recent telecom regarding Nortel unified messaging, our customer reported they receive faxes almost blank.

Need more info. What version and software BCM what kind of lines and how is it programed.

BCM Version is 400 Rls4,the last release, and the customer use DTM (PRI)Lines.

Make sure the clocking for the PRI is correct.If from the phone Co. it should be primary.
