I have a BCM 400 4.0. What does nortel offer for fax to email. I know they can leave fax messages in mailboxes but is there anything that will convert it to email.

If you have Faxing Enabled on the BCM, and you have Unified Messaging, then you can use message forwarding to deliver to the Exchange store. Or you can use the Extra folders on call pilot desktop messaging. For sending, you will use desktop messaging because it installs a fax printer. Works fine for a small network. I user Zetafax with a Brooktrout card with larger clients.
