Nortel Fax Batch - Failed to send Faxes (mmtable.txt)

I am already able to do the mail merge using Ms word but it failed when it tries to print using nortel fax batch. I did the CPtrace and got an error stating "Failed to open table C:\Program Files\Nortel\CallPilot\fax\temp\mmtable.txt" and there is a pop up window "operation aborted from Print Manager"

I am not sure what is mmtable.txt??? I do not see any mmtable.txt in C:\Program Files\Nortel\CallPilot\fax\temp\

I have 2 CP servers and both of them give me the same error message

Can someone help me with this issue?

Got it working,

It is a permission issue. The callpilot tries failed to open/modify C:\Program Files\Nortel\CallPilot\fax\temp\

I added "everyone" permission to this folder and got it working.
