Nortel Factory Reset for 1150 E

Anyone have idea how to factory reset for avaya 1150e/1140e phone becuase we are facing the issue dhcp startup

one more thing we are not able to fine load factory reset option, please help this point also.

Try this below

Load Factory Defaults

Use the following key sequence to reset a Nortel/Avaya IP set and load the factory default values.
Note: Applies to: 2007, 1100 and 1200 series sets, with UNIStim firmware release 3.0, and greater.
* * R E N E W [MAC address] # #
The MAC address is in HEX: press 2 for A, B or C, and press 3 for D, E, or F.
* * 7 3 6 3 9 [MAC address] # #

You can find the MAC address on the label on the back of the set, or in the Local Tools Menu (HWID).
Press the Services key twice to access the Local Tools Menu, the default pasword is: [COLOR=* set]
