Nortel Extender 6000 One Way Audio Issue

Has anyone ever had an intermittent one way audio issue with the MCK Extenders. I reboot both the LOCAL and REMOTE and everything is ok with the 8 handsets and then after about 10 minutes you can dial and the other person can hear you but you can not hear them. There is nothing on the MCK Forum FAQ or posts.
