Ext was moved into CDP just like the other 300 of them without any issues but this one keep on coming up with
DN 1500
type CDP
CDEN CD
STCD DSC

and with this CDEN SD, not able to call the user from outside

every other phone was moved without any issues
DN 1499
type CDP
stcd DSC

help please

To try and answer your query go into LD 20 and print off the DNB and just enter in 14 and 15 numbers.

I think you might find that the number 1500 has been assigned elsewhere such as an access code etc.

sorry, I used 1500 and 1499 just as a quick example 4481 is the ext
in ld 20 i get this

req: prt
type: dnb
cust: 0
dn 4481
date
page
des

dn
4481
type cdp
CDEN SD
STCD DSC

not getting any errors while in LD 87 moving it to CDP, every command works as it should

The fact that you get "CDEN SD" indicates to me that you might have DN corruption against 4481. It doesn't look right. Have you tried removing the DN in CDP?.

I would agree, you shouldn't even see the CDEN prompt in a CDP entry

so it was discovered that one of the calling searches on cisco side it was set to "internal" but should of been set to external calling, now we can call in and out of that ext but this code still shows up when looking it up in LD 20

Will try to LD 87 it again to see if it goes away
